Refund Policy

Return Conditions:

We accept return and exchange up to 30 days after the date of delivery if the product:

• is not used

• is not washed

• is not altered

• is not embroidered

• has the original tag

• is clean and in new condition

• has the original invoice is available

• has any odor we will charge the customer 2 KD for dry cleaning

Kuwait Customers Could visit our shop and return or exchange for free if the product meets the return conditions.

Important Note: any shipping or customs duty charges paid by the customer are non refundable, refund and exchange value are calculated based on value of the goods minus the value of shipping or customs duty charges.

GCC customers out of Kuwait will need to contact our team within 30 days of delivery and our team will instruct them regarding the return address and procedure depending on the goods shipping origin and delivery addresses.

• Any shipping or custom duty charges are non refundable

• customer will bare the cost of shipping back the products to scruberries as well as any customs duty charges

• once we have received back the products, our team will examine the goods and refund your money ( minus shipping and custom charges) within 3 working days
