For purchases from Kuwait store to customers residing in Kuwait we have our own experienced delivery team and for regional shipping we have partnered up with DHL so we could get your goodies to your door step as soon as possible.

Depending on the product availability your order might be shipped to you from our Kuwait or GCC Warehouse.

Kuwait Store to Kuwait Customers:

We offer free shipping within 1 to 2 working days for orders above 9 KD anywhere in Kuwait with the exception of:

  • location south of Fahaheel &Ahmadi (Paid Delivery)

  • Any location west of Jahra (Paid Delivery)

Our team will contact you before the delivery to make sure of your presence and inform you of the estimated time of delivery.

The courier will wait at your location for up to 15 minutes. In case you do not collect your delivery at the agreed time and location we will provide you with a pick up address to collect your order.

Kuwait Store to GCC Customers:

We offer Paid shipping within 3 to 5 working days for orders all over GCC

  • The shipping cost will be shown to you in the checkout page

  • Free Shipping applies to orders above 50 KD ( approximately $160)

  • You will be contacted by DHL before the delivery

GCC Store:

We offer Paid shipping within 3 to 5 working days for orders all over GCC
